How do I send in my prepress materials?

You can send in your prepress materials either through our FTP site (we will need to set up an account prior to your first upload) or via mail (Fed-Ex, UPS, Airborne Express, etc.). Please click here for more information regarding our prepress guidelines.



Can I print my materials in bulk and have you ship them to the different trade shows which I exhibit?

Absolutely. Many customers take advantage of this service already. We have a large warehouse facility and we can store your promotional items and ship them out as you need them. You will see significant savings if you are able to order for several trade shows rather than ordering one show at a time. Please contact us for further details about this service.



What if I have an emergency order during the show?

Just call our toll free number for immediate assistance. We are familiar with the emergencies that happen in the convention arena. We will work toward the best solution possible. We can help!

Do I have to pay sales tax on my orders?

The producing company is required to collect sales tax in any state that they have nexus based on their legal structure and their state activity. It is possible for you to fill out a Multi-State Exemption Certificate that may allow you to be exempt from sales tax. Ask your Customer Service Representative about applicable sales tax for your specific order.



Can you print other, non-trade show related materials?

Absolutely! Many of our clients produced materials for a show, and discovered the benefit of working with us all year long. We have developed long-lasting relationships from producing high quality materials that exceed our customers' expectations. Call us for your next job and compare.



How is payment handled?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Am Ex. Your account will not be charged until on day prior to delivery. You may also send us a check along with your order, but we require the check 7 days prior to the delivery.
